Once we receive your order, it is assigned to one of our production facilities in�Vancouver or Mississauga, depending on your location and current production capacity. We always choose the option that allows for the fastest overall delivery.

- Customized items (such as double-sided velvet or flame-retardant treatments): approximately 5 business days, as these require more detailed handcrafting
